How does booking directly with the owner work?›
Once your enquiry arrives through the form or WhatsApp, Bruno confirms availability, usually the same day. He then sends you a holiday rental contract setting out the rate, the cleaning fee and the heated-pool option if you want it. A 30% deposit is paid on the day you arrive and returned to you at the end of your stay. No platform commission is charged.
Are linen and cleaning included in the rate?›
Household linen is provided free of charge: duvet covers, duvets, pillowcases, sheets, bath and hand towels, tea towels. Please bring your own pool towels. End-of-stay cleaning is charged as a flat fee — €150 for Le Jas Blanc, €80 for Les Oliviers — payable on the day you arrive.
Is the infinity pool entirely private?›
It is. The 4 × 8 metre infinity pool looking out over the Callas valley is reserved exclusively for guests during their stay. It can also be heated on request, depending on the season.
What are the check-in and check-out times?›
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out before 10 am, which gives us time to prepare the house properly between stays. Please note: the lead guest must be at least 30 at Le Jas Blanc and 28 at Les Oliviers, and children are welcome from age 7 at Le Jas Blanc and 6 at Les Oliviers — the grounds are terraced.
Are pets allowed on the property?›
Pets are welcome, up to two per stay, by prior arrangement when you book. The enclosed grounds give them plenty of room.
How do we get to the estate, and where do we park?›
The property is at 202 chemin des Blimouses in Callas (Var), about thirty minutes from Les Arcs-Draguignan TGV station. There is enclosed private parking for 5 to 6 cars, behind a secure motorised gate.
What shops and amenities are nearby?›
Callas village is a fifteen-minute walk from Le Jas Blanc and five minutes from Les Oliviers: bakery, grocery shop and restaurants. The olive oil mill is one minute away, with tastings and sales all year round.
What is the difference between Le Jas Blanc and Les Oliviers?›
La Bastide du Jas Blanc is the whole property to yourselves (2 adjoining villas, 6 bedrooms, 12 guests, 5,600 m² of grounds). La Bastide des Oliviers is the west villa on its own (3 bedrooms, 6 guests, 2,000 m² reserved for you and a private pool).
